At Lama Lama, a creative digital agency based in Amsterdam, we’re looking for a driven and curious Junior Performance & Growth Marketeer to join our team. You’ll work closely with our creative and development teams to help brands grow through smart strategies, sharp analysis, and bold ideas.

You’ll be setting up and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other ad platforms. You’ll dive into analytics, translate insights into clear next steps, and help our clients reach new audiences. This role covers all aspects of performance marketing — from SEA and social ads to SEO/GEO and conversion optimisation — giving you the chance to learn fast and make real impact.

About you

• 1–2 years of experience (or internship) in digital marketing at an agency or brand

• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics

• A completed HBO or WO degree.

• Passion for digital and a commercial mindset.

• Experience in maintaining client contact.

• Ability to work independently and switch tasks quickly.

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimise digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Bing, etc.)

• Analyse data and performance results to identify growth opportunities

• Support in developing strategies and testing new campaign ideas

• Collaborate with designers and developers to bring creative concepts to life

• Help improve websites and landing pages for better conversion results
